Æquitas Foundation, the Notaries Public Association of Buenos Aires province and Equal Association call the community to the SECOND CONGRESS ON HUMAN RIGHTS AND DISABILITIES which shall be held at the Hall of the Honorable Senate of Buenos Aires province in the city of La Plata as a continuation of the First Congress which took place in Buenos Aires. The aim of this Congress shall be to analyze, both the legislative progress in the light of the Convention on the Rights of the persons with Disabilities, and the impact of the amendment of Civil and Commercial Code of the Nation on society.

Individual papers should not exceed 20 pages. Team papers should not exceed 25 pages. First page of each paper should include: 1- Name of Congress. 2- Title of paper. 3- Commission. 4- Name and Surname of the author / s. 5- Author’ s institution name, if necessary.

Deadlines Reception of papers: Since April 3rd to August 15th 2017.
Decision of jury: Before August 31st.
